At Mithian, we want our learners to become confident and secure in their use of the English Language and develop a love of English Literature. We teach pupils the mechanics of writing in a creative way, exploring how authors make choices to engage and excite readers. We learn about a variety of both fiction and non-fiction text types on a two year rolling programme, detailed in the Class Overviews further below.
